The Heavy Duty Hose & Cable Cover from Melba Swintex is the biggest cable protection ramp in the range, made to fit over large cables, pipes and hoses where vehicles cross. Each 500mm recycled PVC section is 790mm wide, 110mm high and 25.5kg, supports a 44-tonne vehicle weight distribution, and fixes down through 4 fixing holes. Sold in black or yellow.

Each section has two channel cut-outs, each 90mm high by 80mm wide, so it takes large hoses and cable bundles that standard cable ramps cannot cover.

Each section is 500mm long, so every piece you add gains 0.5 metres of protected run. Measure the crossing width and divide by 0.5 to get your section count.
