The DCX90 Dust Management Core Drill Kit is a professional diamond drilling solution designed for fast, clean and controlled dry coring in masonry materials.
Using solid barrel dry core drills combined with integrated dust management, this kit allows users to drill up to 3 times faster than equivalent slotted core drills - ideal for plumbers, builders and tradespeople working in occupied or sensitive environments.
Manufactured to X90-grade performance, the solid barrel dry core drills feature 10mm brazed diamond segments with a high diamond concentration for long service life and aggressive cutting speed.
The kit includes a heavy-duty dust swivel unit and rubber vacuum adaptor, enabling direct connection to a suitable dust extraction system.
When used correctly, this setup dramatically increases drilling speed while maintaining a cleaner, safer working area.
All cores feature a ½” BSP female fitment and must be used with a minimum 850W drill motor fitted with a slipping clutch.
