To make sure the Q-Signs are accessible to all, the modern design is lightweight enough to be a single person lift whilst still offering unbelievable stability. The A-frame structure of the Q-Sign makes for a very sturdy sign that can be easily set up, featuring a built in retractable stand the completely free standing sign comes ready for use directly from Street Solutions UK.
Making sure that workers and pedestrians are safe when around the Q-Sign there are no sharp edges that could cause harm.
The smart features do not stop there, with a stand designs the signs fold completely flat which makes them stackable between uses. They can be easily palletised for transporting or storing away for greater space saving.
CHAPTER 8 COMPLIANT
The Q-Sign range is fully Chapter 8 Compliant, ready for use on the UK roads when set up according to the Safety Works and Road Works code of practice.
Making sure that the signs are kept upright and serving their intended purpose is essential, to help with this the Q-Signs have been tested under strict wind conditions with the provided results, all passing with the appropriate ballast weightings.
Should you require any additional ballast weights we can supply 2 options, either the traditional polypropylene bags or Melba Swintex’s unique Q-Sign Weight. A unique add on ballast that will keep the signs fixed in the strongest of winds.
