Is the Blencoe shelter free-standing or does it need a wall?
It's free-standing and open-fronted, so it doesn't need a wall or an existing structure to fix to - just a prepared base for the bolt-down flange plates.

Does it come with fixing bolts?
You can choose either option. SKU 066001 is the bolt-down kit excluding bolts, and SKU 066002 is the same shelter with the fixing bolts included.

What are the side panels made from?
The half-height side panels are 4mm clear PETG sheet, which lets light and visibility through while still breaking the wind at ground level.

How is the shelter fixed down?
Each corner has a 140mm x 140mm x 10mm flange plate, fixed with four bolts per plate into a prepared base.

Will the roof shed rain?
Yes. The roof is 1mm galvanised sheet with a side-to-side curve, so rainwater runs off rather than pooling.

Is the shelter suitable for permanent outdoor installation?
Yes. The frame is galvanised mild steel, built for long-term outdoor use, and the shelter is manufactured in the UK.

Can I add a bench or an ashtray?
A matching wall-mounted ashtray is available separately for this shelter. Ask us about compatible accessories.
